Stop answering the same security questionnaire twice.
Trust pillars
Public trust page + approved answer library
An always-on trust page at knytx.com/yourcompany (custom domains coming soon), backed by a Q&A library with approval states and staleness tracking. Inbound questionnaires typically drop 30–40% after publish.
AI-drafted questionnaire answers
Upload CSV/XLSX. AI drafts answers from your approved library with inline citations and confidence scores. A human always reviews and approves — never auto-submitted.
Data stays on our own infrastructure, encrypted at rest
Processed on our own servers, encrypted at rest. Third-party AI providers are opt-in only, logged and disclosed when used.
Doc room with private-by-default visibility
Four visibility tiers (private, NDA-gated, unlisted, public), per-viewer watermarks, and signed URLs. Strict mode adds manual approval and view-only in-browser access.
Disclosure linter + domain verification
Scans drafts for IPs, hostnames, version strings, and credentials before publish, and requires DNS or email domain verification so only the real company can publish.
GDPR self-service export + delete
Every customer can export and delete everything in their workspace from the moment they sign up, tested before every release. DPA available before you sign.
Built for the security questionnaire that won’t stop arriving
Procurement has standardised on the security questionnaire. A small B2B vendor sells into dozens of enterprise buyers a year, and most of them send a questionnaire. Each one is typically a 150-row Excel file with the same questions rephrased slightly. The math doesn’t work. A questionnaire can eat a full working day or two of a security or CTO’s time, and the answers don’t transfer. Vanta and Drata don’t fix this. They automate the SOC 2 evidence collection that triggers the questionnaire, not the questionnaire itself. Questionnaire-response services can answer them for you, but usually as a per-questionnaire or annual-subscription add-on.
KnytX Trust is the always-on, library-backed, human-reviewed answer, built and hosted by us end to end. The public trust page cuts inbound volume. The library accumulates approved answers over time. The engine drafts the rest under human review. Every questionnaire you answer adds to your verified library, and that accumulated knowledge is hard to rebuild elsewhere.
Why this works now
Two shifts make the trust-page-plus-library approach practical today. First, enterprise procurement has standardised on the trust-page-plus-questionnaire flow, so a public page genuinely deflects inbound. Second, AI answer-drafting is now good enough to trust with human review. The hard part was always building the library and reviewing the draft, not the model. Your tenth questionnaire takes an hour, not a day, because your answers accumulate.
How it works, in three steps
1. Publish a public trust page. Sign up for Free, verify your domain (DNS TXT or verified company-domain email), publish at knytx.com/yourcompany. The trust page is built for search visibility, includes your security posture, certifications, subprocessor list, and your approved FAQ answers. Procurement finds you before procurement asks.
2. Build the answer library. Concierge onboarding (Pro) or DIY (Starter): upload your SOC 2 report, your pentest summary, your policies, and the last 3 questionnaires you answered. The system extracts approved Q&A pairs, attaches citations to source documents, sets approval states and review dates. The library accumulates; every questionnaire you answer adds to it.
3. Run a questionnaire through the engine. Upload a CSV/XLSX. The system parses the questions and retrieves from your approved library. It drafts answers with inline citations and confidence scores, then writes them back into the original file format. A human reviews (low-confidence drafts go straight to “needs human answer”), edits, approves. Export. Submit.
Security details
The claims above, reviewable at a level of detail security teams can check before they trust it with their questionnaires. Full technical detail lives on our Privacy Promise page.
AI provider policy. By default, your questionnaires and answers are processed by AI models we run ourselves, on our own hardware. No data leaves our infrastructure. Third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) are available as an explicit, opt-in choice for each customer. When enabled, requests go out under a zero-data-retention agreement with the provider. Every call is logged, and the provider is automatically added to your subprocessor list. No silent scope creep.
Encryption at rest. Documents are encrypted at rest, isolated per customer, using industry-standard authenticated encryption with keys managed under our internal key-management process. One disclosed exception: the vectors we use for semantic search are stored unencrypted, because encrypting them breaks similarity search. We list this trade-off here rather than bury it.
Data residency. All customer data — questionnaires, library entries, documents, and search indexes — is stored on our own infrastructure by default and does not leave it. Custom residency options are available on request.
Honest about the part that still requires you
Watermarking and NDA gating make a leak attributable and actionable. But a legitimately-approved viewer can still photograph a screen. That’s the ceiling for any disclosure product, including the largest vendors in this space. We don’t pretend otherwise.
The same applies to AI-drafted answers. A wrong questionnaire answer is contract risk, not a tech demo. The drafts are grounded in your approved library, cite the source, score confidence, and never auto-submit. But the human review is your responsibility, not the engine’s. We say this plainly in our marketing and our terms. We’d rather you set the right expectation than discover the limit after a procurement-team escalation.
