Identity limits
Can I add a 4th email on Basic?
No, Basic caps at 3 active identities. Upgrade to Pro for 5. Protecting a high-risk person? Add Executive/VIP monitoring to Pro or Family. Old identities can be paused (findings preserved) to free a slot.
What counts as an 'identity'?
A verified email, optionally paired with one phone number and one username alias. Each identity is scanned independently and contributes to your unified KnytX Score.
Removal & law
What's a 'unified CCPA notice'?
One CCPA §1798.105 deletion request listing all your verified emails, phones, and aliases — sent once per broker instead of one request per email. Brokers must remove the full profile, not just the address you happened to list.
What is the DELETE Act filing on the Free tier?
California’s SB 362 created a single filing covering ~500 California-registered brokers. We prepare the filing and walk any California resident through submitting it, free of charge, no subscription. Brokers have 45 days to comply. More details.
Family plan
Can family members see each other's breaches?
No. The plan owner sees the aggregate Family Privacy Dashboard score and Auto-Shield alerts only. Each member’s findings are private to that member’s individual login — a hard requirement, not a setting. More on how Family works.
How does the Family plan work?
One subscription covers up to 5 family members of any age, with 5 email identities per member — 25 identities total. Each member gets their own scans, alerts, and KnytX Score. You manage billing centrally; their findings stay private to them.
Team & Trust
Does Team include SCIM?
Yes. SSO and SCIM provisioning are included in the Team price. Minimum 10 seats; below that, recommend Pro or Family for individual coverage. More on Shield for Teams.
Is KnytX Trust the same product as Shield for Teams?
No. Shield for Teams protects your employees as people (broker removal, impersonation defense), priced per seat. KnytX Trust is a separate, per-company product for proving your own security posture to customers during sales, and the business overview covers both.

What does 'concierge takedown' cover?
Human-assisted removal for hard cases: impersonating-profile takedowns, deepfake reports to platforms, and direct correspondence with brokers that ignore automated requests.
Billing & currency
Why is INR cheaper than the USD equivalent?
Purchasing-power parity. We localize pricing to keep KnytX accessible globally. Card payments are billed in the displayed currency. Use the region switcher in the site header to change it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is free forever — no trial, no expiration. For paid plans we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, we refund 100%, no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We delete it within 30 days. Not anonymize, not archive — delete. Your broker removal requests remain in effect (those were submitted under privacy law, not under your subscription), but we remove your data from our systems completely.

Waitlist members who sign up before our public launch get their selected plan at the prices shown here — locked for the lifetime of their subscription, even if we raise prices later. It’s our thank-you for trusting us early.
