Service agreements
Professional services and product licensing are governed by separate written agreements with specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Consumer protection carve-out. Are you a consumer in the EU, UK, Switzerland, California, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws? Then this clause does not limit the rights and remedies those laws give you. You may bring consumer disputes in the courts of your own country of residence. Business customers and clients under a service agreement remain bound by Indian law and Bangalore arbitration.
