How to remove yourself from Oracle Data Cloud (formerly BlueKai)
Oracle shut down this ad-data business in 2024. Here's what happened, and what you can still do.
How to opt out of Oracle Data Cloud (formerly BlueKai)
- The old opt-out portal (datacloudoptout.oracle.com) no longer works. It now redirects to a closed-business page.
- Use Oracle's Privacy Choices page instead (link below) to make a request.
- Ask Oracle to show or delete any data it still holds. Cite the CCPA or GDPR if they apply to you.
- Keep any reply Oracle sends as a record.

What Oracle Data Cloud (formerly BlueKai) collects
Ad data about what you browsed and bought, used to target ads. It was never a full people-search profile.
What we'd tell a friend
Oracle said in June 2024 that it was leaving the ad business. Oracle Advertising — which included the BlueKai ad marketplace and the wider Oracle Data Cloud — closed on 30 September 2024. As of our July 2026 check, the old portal now redirects to a closed-business page, not a working form. So there's no BlueKai listing to remove the way you'd remove a Spokeo profile. To reach any data Oracle still holds, use its Privacy Choices page and ask to see or delete it.
Why this can come back
Most people-search and aggregator sites re-crawl their public-record sources on a rolling basis. An opt-out removes today's listing; it doesn't stop the site from re-pulling your record the next time it refreshes. That's the reason removal is something you check on periodically, not a one-time task — see our full removal guide for the re-listing mechanics in detail.
