How to remove yourself from MyLife
MyLife lists your name, employer, and a "reputation score." Here is how to opt out.
How to opt out of MyLife
- Search your name on MyLife and open your listing. Copy the profile page's web address.
- Go to the privacy request page (link below). Paste in your profile address, then enter your name, city, state, ZIP, and email.
- Solve the CAPTCHA and submit.
- Open the verification email from MyLife and click the link — the request is not active until you do.
- If MyLife asks for a photo ID to confirm your identity, black out your ID number first. It only needs your name and address to match the listing.

What MyLife collects
Name, address, employer, and its own "reputation score."
What we'd tell a friend
We flag this one deliberately. MyLife's standard privacy form only needs your name, address, and profile link. But it can ask for a photo ID on some removals, which no other people-search site here does. If it does, send a redacted copy: black out the ID number and photo. Because of that ID step, this is the one broker here we won't automate — it's a by-hand job.
Why this can come back
Most people-search and aggregator sites re-crawl their public-record sources on a rolling basis. An opt-out removes today's listing; it doesn't stop the site from re-pulling your record the next time it refreshes. That's the reason removal is something you check on periodically, not a one-time task — see our full removal guide for the re-listing mechanics in detail.
