What Acxiom collects

What we'd tell a friend
You won't find your own profile by searching Acxiom the way you would Spokeo. It sells to businesses, not to individuals. But it's one of the suppliers that keeps refilling the people-search sites above, so opting out here matters even though there's nothing to "see."
Why this can come back
Most people-search and aggregator sites re-crawl their public-record sources on a rolling basis. An opt-out removes today's listing; it doesn't stop the site from re-pulling your record the next time it refreshes. That's the reason removal is something you check on periodically, not a one-time task — see our full removal guide for the re-listing mechanics in detail.
